Warranty policy

General provisions of the guarantee:

‎    1.    All our electronic products are  Dream HUB for long term (manufacturer warranty)

‎    2.    Our warranty services do not fall under the warranty. This includes availability of spare parts, duration of repair and/or overhaul, and contacting the service provider directly in case there is any operation or inquiry required.

‎    3.    To benefit from warranty services, please adhere to the original availability of the product by registering the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card must be brought if available)

‎    4.    .In some cases, the delivery of the product begins with a representative delivering the product from the agent and testing it to the seller or a qualified center. In this case, it will be 15 working days from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse until the date of delivery with the representative.

‎    5.    .Can be obtained. An alternative or refundable product included in the purchase price after deducting the value of use and accessories if they are sufficient according to the rules and laws of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.**

‎    6.    .The life cycle of each product may vary and you can review the product manual or contact a specific specialist for details.

‎    7.    We apply some service centers that may ask you to pay a sum of money for products that are classified as out of warranty and you refuse to repair.

‎    8.    Warranty does not cover damage, misuse, misuse, liquid spillage, or other external elements.

‎    9.    The customer must ensure that the product was packed in the original carton or properly packed to prevent any damage during the shipping process. We will not bear responsibility if breakage or damage occurs to the product in this case, and the product under warranty will be returned to ensure that it is free of maintenance.

 

10- The customer must have the product packaged with the original cartoon or be packaged normally, excluding any damage during the shipping process. He will not be held responsible if the product is broken or damaged in this case, and the product subject to warranty will be returned to the customer without maintenance.

Device receipt and delivery policy:

‎        Delivery service requires four to seven business days in which case it will be determined by the repair.

*The pickup and delivery service is not considered part of the repair time for the product.

** The value is calculated at a rate of using 5% of the product value at the time of purchase for each month starting from the date of purchase, so that the value is not more than 80% of the product value.

This warranty applies only to products that you purchase within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, or the Gulf states (“the country”). Replaced or repaired products or parts will only be shipped to Browning located within the country, and will only be responded to due to its location within the country.

If the customer refuses to receive the product after requesting warranty, the product will be stored in our warehouse for seven (7) days and the customer will not have the right to request a return of the product after the expiry of this period.

Attention: Please always repair in the original product box and obtain warranty service according to the terms and conditions of its service centers.
